"We hope that the United States will flow with the tide of the era, and deal with China and the Chinese military in an objective and rational way, will be careful in its words and actions, and do more that is beneficial to the development of relations between the two countries and their militaries."Interpretation: The sooner the U.S. realizes that it is in decline, while China will be the ultimate super power on the planet this century the better off the U.S. will be. Be careful what you say and do or China will kick your ass with a smile. Perhaps then you will learn to be careful of what you say and do.
