I already do some of this stuff. The one thing that I noticed was the high doses the Dr. recommended. Hmmm..... I don't take that much because I get some of that stuff in the food I eat. I've had my personal Dr. tell me to not get carried away with too many multivitamins because they can cause some blood disorders. Just use some common sense and pay close attention to what this Dr. says. Watch the whole video because at the end he tells you where to get the documentation you might need.

It was a Doctor telling you about several FDA approved medicines that nobody wants you to know about and he explained how to get your hands on the official paperwork and if your job mandates the JAB, you just whip this stuff out and show them the official documents. Then he went into recommending some pretty high doses of some Vitamins and those previously mentioned meds and how to get them.
