Looks like the bird is a peregrine falcon, not a hawk. Peregrines like to kill and eat pigeons and small birds, hunt in the air while hawks mostly like field critters..... I have three red tails that hunt my property and the crows and other birds give 'em fits. You won't see that with a Peregrine, they'd be lunch.
If you don't get your boots from Air Amazon, this may be the problem.... :popcorn:

To freaken funny brat! I loved it!!
On another note: MrsMac and I were out and about on this past Monday picking up a few things. As I was zipping down the freeway I saw this kind-a white critter up ahead on the side of the road.
As we approached I realized it wasn't a white critter but a BIG ASS white bird with a white head.
It was a bald eagle on the side of the road with a turkey clenched in it's talons. Looking pretty smug I might add. I would have never thought a eagle would eat a turkey. A salmon I get but a turkey????
Second eagle I have seen within the last 6 months or so up at the cabin.
