As we have all learned the 5th Court of Appeals has halted the OSHA vaxx mandate on November 5, 2021. The Court gave the O' Biden administration till Monday November 8, 2021 to respond.

Per Curiam:*
Before the court is the petitioners?1 emergency motion to stay
enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration?s
November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard2 (the ?Mandate?)
pending expedited judicial review.
Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory
and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED

The Associate Supreme Court Justice for the Fifth District is Samuel Alito, jr. (https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/circuitAssignments.aspx). He is considered to be a strong traditionalist concerning the US Constitution.
On November 12, 2021, the Fifth Circuit Reafirms its Stay (https://www.ca5.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub/21/21-60845-CV0.pdf) of November 5, 2021.
Temporary Standard?22 remains STAYED pending adequate judicial review
of the petitioners? underlying motions for a permanent injunction.23
In addition, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that OSHA take no
steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.
It will be interesting what comes of this development of O' Biden Vs. The American People. It is apparent that the pesky outdated document called US Constitution is a reoccurring stumbling block to the authoritative O' Biden administration.

The Nov. 12 order is good reading, about as close to a paddling by a court as you can get. Permanent injunction is coming, and we at least have a reprieve from Resident Schumershorts' feeble attempt to circumvent the laws of this country. Of course, we all know that Pedo Joe had absolutely nothing to do with coming up with the idea, he just scribbles his mark in blue crayon on whatever they put in front of him, as long as he's promised his dose of ice cream.
