I know if Martin Luther King had a dream then the 2 guys here approached by the cop were probably his nightmare. Anyways whats everybody's take on how this undercover acted? Was he on a powertrip in your mind?

First of all, yes, the under cover cop was definitely on a power trip. However we don't know the reason for the under cover officer being there. We also don't know if the owner has had a history with the man arrested. Nor do we know if he has a criminal record.

Now here's the fun part buddy. I HATE when people start this finger pointing race card bullshit. A black man gets arrested and you're going to bring up Martin Luther King? Really? Aside from skin color I guarantee you they have NOTHING in common. And King was a puffed up social justice figure to begin with. I've seen white women in sun dresses be pushed to the ground harder than this guy was. No one compares them to Mother Theresa? See the problem?

Your age is showing kid. Don't be a baby because I disagree with your social justice indoctrination. And I never seen that happen to a woman IN PERSON or I would have done something about it. This is a tricky given the states BS liquor laws.

So the store is state run and owned apparently being only the state can sell any strong alcohol.  So we have a (supposed) state employee that is involved with a member of the public.  I do have questions.

1. While this guy is a state employee, is he a certified LEO?  If so, why does he not have or present ANY ID as is required?  If not he is STILL require to have some form of ID (i.e. Security badge/ID) as to his relationship to authority per the store owner (i.e. the state)?  If the guy is not a certified LEO and just a security guard he is clearly impersonating an officer but again that depends on the state law.

I was going to say more and whatever but fuck it.  This bullshit pisses me off.  Fucking tin badge thugs and GD bullshit laws. (NOT A GENERAL STATEMENT REGARDING ALL POLICE)
