Heard this on the radio this morning.... had to share.

I wonder what he had to say in his defense?  There must have been some reason.  Why did she stay with him for so long if she wasn't happy?   

The judge did open up a can of worms that could turn into a double edged sword though.  I can see married men and women suing their spouses for lack of sex or for lack of specific kinds of sexual activity.  I'm sure we'll be hearing about more of this.

That's absurd that she actually won, but still, if the man was able, he should have been hitting it.
