This entire post from quotes down is not mine. I liked it so much I figured I'd copy and paste.
Move accordingly.
" If the regime goes over the edge in Ct. it’s game on. The mask will fall completely from the Tyrants face, and the gloves will be off on both sides.

I am hearing a lot of jaw-boning out there of what 2A supporters are going to do "IF" the statists do something stupid in CT.
At first I thought that nobody would do anything. Men of 2014 are not the same men of 1775. Today a football game on the TV, a warm house with a lounge chair and cold beer in the fridge, are more important than liberty.
Well I am starting to slowly change my opinion on that one. It is because of the III%ers:
During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King's tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. Three Percenters today identify with this 3% because they were true patriots fighting for the freedoms the nation we love and honor was founded upon.
Lets look at some facts coupled with assumptions here:
> CT. legal population is 3.5M as of 2013.
> Lets say that 25% of that number are men or 875K with 25% being women and the remaining 50%
citizens under 18 years of age.
> The FBI estimates that there are 200M privately owned guns in the US owned by 150M citizens. To
rephrase there is ~1/2 gun per US citizen. Using that rather assumed number there are 1.75M (3.5M ÷
1/2) guns in CT.
> Also using the FBI numbers, we assume that 437.5K (875 ÷ 1/2) men own a firearm.
> If III% of which came to the rescue of their neighbor that would be 13,200 (435,000 x 3%) men; that's
seven Brigades or two divisions - More or less.
> Now that number does not include a small contingent from women and folks seventeen and under plus
illegals. Nor III%ers who live in neighboring states.
Based on the above assumptions if I was the Governor, I would be a bit concerned breaking down peoples doors.
This is what I think will happen - Nothing! No night raids. No road blocks like what we read in Bracken's EF&D. Instead we will see and probably not hear of the guy stopped for a moving violation. Or LEO's showing up at gun matches or Rod & Gun club's at the most inappropriate time. I then think confiscation and a ticket to appear will be issued - Nobody being hauled off in cuffs.
If CT. did it this way, (kind of the frog/warm water/boiling water approach) over a period of time, no shot will be fired.
In closing, if you haven't read John Ross's Unintended Consequences, you should. The book outlines how the III%ers should proceed. Releasing via the internet, the home address of every Federal Worker, e.g. EPA, FBI, ATF&E, Post Office, State Officials and State Employees, etc. should do the trick ;)
Now if the folks who own guns and want to reverse these laws, get involved and throw the bums out!

Spoken like a damn boss!
I like it.

Good comment, John. Definitely some interesting possibilities. I just hope that whatever happens is bloodless and results in the restoration of the government's recognition of Connecticut citizens' right to bear ALL arms.

Interesting...
With 250 LEO's signing an open letter to not enforce CT.'s ugly rifle and normal magazine law, the Politian's in Hartford must be spitten nails. :lmfao:
I wonder if cornered Politian's will act like cornered hyena's? Stay tuned... :coffeeNews:

It's probably because the cops don't want to get shot just as much as they think it's morally wrong.
-
Fear sometimes makes in even atheists God fearing. What's that old expression Grudgie..."There are no atheists in foxholes." Or maybe it's "Why get shot all up to enforce a stupid law?"
-
If they sign a petition to not enforce any unconstitutional laws, ill cheer. Ill bet they'd still cuff up a free man for carrying a gun without a permit as one of thousands of examples. If they even knew what they do for a living they'd quit immediately. Taking a stand on one little law is weak in my opinion. They're just ignorant of course and its not really their fault but ignorance is no excuse. Like they love to say, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse" And the law of the land is the US Constitution.

That post is full of win. :bravo:
