@ WW- Oh nice thats a good deal for in store and the way to go for small amounts purchased for sure. the shipping kills the online deal unless you buy enough but heres where i buy mine. if i remember correctly for every 500 rounds its $12 shipping. and that means even one box will cost you $12 shipping but it saves you money when you buy in bulk.

That ain't half bad. I'm trying to figure out now how much I want to stock up on. Since my primary is 5.56 I've got sufficient amounts of that and everything else. I was thinking about 200 of .308. That's a little probably for some, but I'm figuring on eventually getting a SASS in 7.62x51 so that's where I'd prefer to put my money when the time comes.

Well, my family is Primarily from Germany.
On my dads side they came over just before WWI and everyone that my family met came from Germany from that point on until me, the wife and I haven't traced her lineage yet.

My mom side is 100% German, my mom actually left German in 79 and came to the states marrying my dad.

Those of you that got me on FB look at my last name and wiki it.

I never learned when I was a kid.   [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at Really regret it now, but I'm working on changing it.

Not to sound funny about it, but if it's in your blood it's not as hard to learn. I took it in high school and my teacher who was from Germany said I actually carried an accent similar to the region my family was from. Not sure how that happens, but it's not a hard language to learn. My family history on both sides come from Hesse Germany. Exiles from Scotland after that sob Robert the Bruce ousted us. If only I had a time machine and a few hundred AR's and a shit load of ammo.  [img]http://www.smileydesign.n J/K

Yeah, I have already noticed in the classes that, some of the dialects are different. Like from what I do know, it doesn't sound right when I say it he way they want me too. And I can actually say it the way I know it and it means the same thing just comes out different.

Got some Vibram hiking toe shoes.  [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at Don't hate, they're comfortable. Also got a new edc fixed blade knife I can conceal a little better. Never been much for a folder, but I'll still carry it for work.

no shame in a folder bro. of course you sacrifice something for convenience, but folders have their place. and also, while i think the "toe shoes" are fucking ridiculous looking, hey man, if you like 'em then rock 'em. no shame. i can't speak from experience but i know they actually serve a legitimate purpose and are superior to normal shoes for certain applications. my little sister's boyfriend  does that "freestyle running" or "flipping" stuff. where those crazy bastards jump from building to building and run and fly off of balconies and whatnot. he swears by those weird shoes.

one question though... does that mean you have to wear those cute little toe-socks?

No they're optional, but I did buy some  :-[ I just don't think I can go cold turkey on the socks. Might be a deal breaker. And yes they are supposed to actually be really good for your back, ab muscles, legs, and feet. I wore them for a little bit and then put my shoes back on and could tell a huge difference. They feel very natural.  [URL=http://www.smileyvault.co

Tilled my garden. Loaded in a fresh batch of organic soil and fertilizer. Started my tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, greens beans, cabbage, and peppers.

Next up? Rent a larger tiller for cleaning up a 30'x30' lot for corn and maybe some other goodies. Also starting my grapes (muscadine).
