What happened yesterday. I was blocked out and couldn't get onto UP while I was posting "GOOD NEWS". I had URL's to post to GOOD NEWS.

Yeah, I tried several times yesterday evening and I could not get in.  I felt scared, oppressed, and excluded.  So much so I had to spend the time I would usually be here being comforted by my wife.

Maybe this place could fall down 2-3 times a week?  >:D

Yeah we do not know why it was down but alas it is back up now.
