Title: Well that was a disappointment
Post by: gadget99 on October 08, 2015, 05:23:08 PM
Hi All,

It has been a while.

Just stopping in to say we are still alive.

Yep the doom and gloom crowd were wrong. It is Oct 8 and the world has not ended.

The good news is that we are still prepping. It is the family hobby so Alldis good.

Cheers

Ron

True the "... the doom and gloom crowd were wrong. It is Oct 8 and the world has not ended" however keep in mind it might have started and we just don't see it/felt the affects of - Yet.

Lets see...
> Russia in Syria with troops on the ground,
> President Obama moving to more EO's on Gun Control here in the states. There could be quite a fight that may be more than words  ;)
> The invasion of the EU by Muslims from the Middle east. the majority of which are men in the 16-30 year old range. Perfect fighting fonder
> The USofA DJIA taking a 2+ point jump last week. Why? Especially since retail took a dump in Q3 there.
> The Iran agreement which will give Iran ~$150B to buy arms for themselves and their proxies
> Etc.

Time will tell.

A bit different than Revelations, I have been reading Jeremiah from the Old Testament this week. Interesting stuff...Are we a people (Global) that have wandered so far from Gods Word that it is time to stop our march to the "dark side." Stay tuned...

You must be new to this. After about the 10th or 20th end of times prediction you stop listening. It's usually just weirdos fantasizing.

There was another apocalypse prediction? I missed that one. Oh well. I think that, with us here anyway, whether shtf tomorrow or 20 years from now we would be as ready as we could be at that time, regardless of if we saw it coming or not.
