I'm pretty sure our current rogue criminal government can do anything that they want, and it is LEGAL in their eyes.  Now if it actually is legal, as far as statue or Constitution, I doubt it, but that has never stopped the criminals before.

I searched and searched and searched I can't find it anywhere. They must have covered it up.

But During Hurricane Andrew the 82nd Airborne was deployed to Florida. Well Seeing as it was illegal to use active duty army soldiers on Civilians. They in their infinite wisdom decided that the 82nd didn't need ammo.

Well needless to say. Some gang members found out about their lack of firepower and beat the shit out of them & stole their M16's & I think a humvee.

   I did 24 years of active duty (Navy) was deployed all over the world and the shit they did, the acts they comitted and then never were held acountable/ Bet your ass what ever they do is legal in thier eyes and at the point of an M-4 many civilians won't reist, well excpept for a few of us old dogs???  Most folks are sheep and go and do what they are told, be it an emergeny or what ever threaten the Beer and Potato chips?
