Then MonkeyWerx has reported that there is a substantial repositioning of US troops within the CONUSA. He also reported that a substantial amount of air traffic flying to Gitmo (not returning) yet all court room drama is canceled from today through November.
Then for kicks and giggles, the Democrats are now saying, "if the GOP wins both houses, the economy will crash". "They" are setting the stage for there to be riots in the street.
Now of course we all learned in Civics class that US Military can not be used against American citizens within the CONUSA due to the
Posse Comitatus Act unless Congress grants them the right to do so. Then we have the Insurrection Act of 1807.
The
Insurrection Act allows the President in extraordinary situations to deploy US Military along with States National Guard. Extraordinary situation means, such as,
> Rioting,
> Insurrection, and
> Rebellion.
Looking back in history, Presidents Lincoln, Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Bush 1, invoked the act.
Then we have all the drama going on in the EU which is another story.
