Johnny, the Scotus verdicts were a mixed blessing- yes, the business result was great, but 20 million healthcare workers were Fubared by Kavanaugh and Roberts. The concensus among healthcare business owners I've talked to are they are going to deny any medical reasons for vax exemptions to avoid possible monetary penalties from Medicare/Medicaid, and they're split about 50/50 on whether to approve religious exemptions.
This was going to affect me, but my boss and I worked out a solution that left us both covered. I incorporated and am now a sub-contractor, therefore allowing me to bypass the vax mandate by granting my own religious exemption.
I say this because if some of you are in private healthcare, work in a small clinic, or similar setting this might be an out for you too. Heck, it might be something to float to a small hospital as well. The concept is similar enough to travel nursing.
