O'Biden, Putin and Xi - The new Cabal

Is it just me or does it feel like the new cabal; O'Biden, Putin, and Xi have already dived up the globe?

I'm thinking it's more like Putin and Xi have divvied the globe.  Biden/the U.S. isn't in the game.

If O'Biden is involved, he is warming a bench. He doesn't get to play unless the others call him into the game to do what they tell him. If we know that he is worthless, then they know that he's worthless.

Pedo Joe's only involvement is as comic relief for the other two. They're probably calling each other and saying "hey, bet you can't get him to say this on TV". Joe's the slow kid that doesn't even realize his "friends" are mocking him. If I was Putin, I'd have a truckload of Depends dropped off at the White House, and I'd tip off Newsmax, OAN, etc so they could get some video.
