Capital Police Officer Will Not Be Charged For Shooting Ashli Babbitt
Kim Potter was identified as the Brooklyn Center, Minnesota police officer who sadly shot Daunte Wright, the man who was resisting arrest on a warrant, was made public Monday of this week. Reading the story, I have been wondering why the Capital Police Officer who shot Ashli Babbitt has yet to be named. It was announced yesterday by Federal Prosecutors that,
“Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” the department said in a statement."
Not only will the Capital Police officer not be charged but will not be named. Why was former Brooklyn Center police officer so quickly named yet not the Capital Police officer? Why whenever there is a police shooting the officer is made public within 24-hours post the incident?
Personally, I think this is an outrage.
At the 4:25 mark in the video below, Tucker Carlton had a great rant on this subject. Well worth the ten minutes it will take you to watch.

Infowars, was arrested April 13, 2021, for trespassing on the US Capital grounds on January 6, 2021. Montoya gained national prominence due to his video of the Babbitt shooting as can be seen here,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWMpTHLJXbwKeep in mind that today the Capital Police officer who shot Babbitt goes about his day free and unnamed while Potter is charged with Second Degree Manslaughter and named.
The Kenosha, Wisconsin Police Officer, Rusten Sheskey who shot Jacob Blake last August was exonerated of his actions this past December.
Why was Sheskey named by the press and faced an investigation... Why was Potter named by the press and will face Second Degree Manslaughter charges...And the unnamed Capital Police officer will go nameless and not face an investigation?
