Actually, I prefer Cat Ellis' book The Wuhan Coronavirus Survival Manual. https://l.fooxer.com/product/the-wuhan-coronavirus-survival-manual-how-to-prepare-for-pandemics-and-quarantines-ncov-2019-covid-19-edition/ She believes in using herbal medications as much as possible. Interestingly, she published the book back in January, 2020, along with warnings that the virus was going to be a global pandemic. The book is well written, and her explanations convey the information without being too technical.
It is also interesting to note that Amazon has banned her book, without explanation, shortly after I received my copy. Anyways, her recommendations make sense, and she walks the walk, as a long time prepper.
