If the U.S. Government declares you (the honest, patriotic citizen) the enemy, then you have ever right to fight back. As a matter of fact, you are require by the U.S. Constitution to fight back (Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution).

Of course, you are not required to commit suicide while doing so. Attacking a stronger, better armed adversary is not a wise thing to do. Attack should be against the weak points of the enemy. There are many weak points of any enemy, but especially in a "Police" force expecting you to give in, and obey.

There is always the supply of these forces, the living areas, the food, and the medical resources, just as starters.

Expect your family to be a object of attack, arrest, and imprisonment. A supply of needed weapons and ammo should be stocked NOW, while you can still move freely through your area, and adjoining areas.

Remember, anything they do to you gives you the right to do the same to them. If, and when, your families become their target, then in turn their families should become your target.

A Congress that sends a Fascist armed force to take away your freedom, and perhaps your life and your families... then that Congress becomes a legitimate target. Of course, that Congress may already be a legitimate target for its destruction of the U.S. Constitution.

With the destruction of the U.S. Constitution, the Federal court system no longer will have a legal reason to exist. Therefore, any "Federal Court" that seeks to force its authority over you is illegal, and is a legitimate target.

An attempt by the same illegal government in establishing martial law will have no legality. With the U.S. Constitution destroyed, there is no legal government. All any "Federal" government will have to stand on is "quicksand", i.e., it's lies and deceit and threat of military force against you.

At this point, all CITIZENS fighting this ""Federal" government will be the sole legitimate government of the United States. At some point in time individuals will have to be authorized to assume positions of state, temporarily, until open elections can be held.

Any foreign Armies or military units assisting the illegal "Federal" government will be notified to leave the country or face extermination. The governments of these foreign forces will be notified they face punishment when the Legal Government of America is reestablished.

A war to remove the illegal government controlling the U.S. Military will take a long period of time, unless the U.S. Military comes to its senses in a hurry.

If the war continues for years, expect smaller forces to change sides, bringing with them the weapons and resources they possess. This could include nuclear weapons, perhaps even nuclear submarines with all the resources and potential they possess. If this happens, a much shorter war can be expected.

I am sure many of you can add to this proponents and situations I have not even conceited.

It is someones reply to DHS using MRAP's  on the AKfiles Thought it was an interesting write up so I thought I would spread the word.

I was researching Strawman and Miritime Law. Its insane but i have a feeling we are under or rather the country's ruling class would like us to think so this type of law. Miritime law does not only apply to sea farring but BANKS as well or rather commerse. Check it out.
