A good read ( OutONoWhere )
« on: August 27, 2011, 09:53:26 PM »
I saw that OutONoWhere had "liked" a James Yeager video and it got me thinking.
I went and found my copy of HRCC. Just thought I'd share.

1) It's a pretty unique copy, and it's actually signed by James.
2) It's a good book for everyone. It's focus is security, something we all need to know about.

Pick up a copy if you can.

It's a cool read. If your everyday environment becomes "high risk" or "dynamic"
your security and how you go about insuring your security is pretty important.

This book covers topics like:

Day to day living (in hostile environments)
Bug out/bug out supplies
Missions and mission planning
Gunfights and such

If you have other books, paper or online... Please share.

It was a special make/group buy.
I think the leftovers from the special run were sold via Grey Group...

I saw my name and was like, "uh oh" lol.

I really wish that I could come up with the moola to head up north here soon and spend some time throwing lead down range with Yeager.  Alas, I'm not so fortunate.  But He has a lot of great resources out there including the book such as a number of videos he has made.  The man really knows his shit.  ;D

i just did a quick search on this book before i ordered it and it sounds like it has nothing to do with tactics or what have you...its more of a book of how to become a civilian contractor... litterally how to apply for the job etc.. needless to say i actually never ordered it.
