Not sure what this is, but a friend got it and doesn't know who made it. One source tells me it's an army copy of a Pelican case.

Is there an NSN number? A serial number?

If so Google them. Should pop up.

We tried Googling a lot, including the numbers you see on the case. It didn't help at all.
