you really just have JM and 1000meter to blame for playing on my heart strings. Just a heads up, I have a lot of catching up to do on reading and I'll attempt to get it all, but if I repost something don't automatically flog me. That should answer whether or not I was "lurking." Haven't been on since I left; though I did hear about a post regarding me. Something about "my band." It was actually pretty funny. [URL=http://www.smileyvault.co Music was god awful though.....
So to not bog down any other threads I'll just tell ya real quick what I've been up to as short and sweet as possible.
While I wasn't on tour with my band: My grandfather passed in August. Bought his truck in November. Got stuck up north for Hurricane Sandy while I was getting it. Hurt my back that month at work too. Been on leave from work since the beginning of Jan. If you've never torn your iliac or psoas muscle pray you never do. That's what the educated monkey's in white told me their best guess was anyways. Now I just walk with what my wife calls a "sexy swagger." This getting older nonsense isn't for the weak of heart. I was in enough pain that the best stuff they could give me wasn't even enough to help me sleep if that tells ya jack.
As far as prepping? Not a whole lot. You can assume I went out and bought a bunch of ammo like the rest of you after Sandy Hook. Kept up with maintenance, bought you few odds and ends, started and expanded my garden, networked, and working on getting a house surrounded by the national forest up my way right now. That's about that. Hope you all have been good.
