It's a old snl joke that was around the first gulf war.  Dick and fart jokes are not the most clever form of comedy but it was still a funny sketch.

As for the topic. I'm pretty sure we don't have any underground because in FL you dig 15-20 feet and your swimming.

if the nuke is near you then your probably safe... nobody is going to nuke the spot they are currently at.

They could probably rig it for automatic launch and self-destruct into the air above your immediate area 24-48 hours after they've fled the facility.  :o

 The only ones I worry about are the ones on the chi-com boomers sitting off the coast.

nope. seen the missile set off the coast of Cali, and the Chinese sub surfacing right in the middle of one of our carrier battle groups in the past couple years....they are probing.
