Normalcy Bias

I'm looking at all that is going on and have come to the conclusion that the general public is treating the coming Total Collapse like a coming Hurricane. Uhhh.... So far, so good. Well, its not raining yet and the winds not blowing yet. Hmmm... Is that rain I hear on the roof? Hmmmm.... When did the wind start to pick up? I probably should start thinking about getting ready for that Hurricane. Then all of a Sudden, Wham, the trees start falling and the streets start flooding, and roof starts to get ripped off the house. Then the dumbasses will start showing up at my house wanting some help. :facepalm:

To be honest PKv, if they listen to any MSM outlet, they are clueless.

'They' will be at our door by fall 2023 wither their hand out.

While I am sceptical of many of the current predictions. (Most of them have been going for a good while now)

Mine and my own are ready for the real world. This is the world my military service introduced me to. I spent 5 years overseas in places where I saw the reality of existence. People in the US and The first world have and are living in a golden age.

Most of the predictive stuff People worry about is based on the opinions of people that have not experienced or seen real deprivation l. That is ok. I get it. However. A silver spoon commentator predicting doom is in reality nothing.

The world I know and have seen if the simple truth. Life is not easy. Bad things happen and will happen.

So live life with a bit of resilience and pull communities together.
