Title: Many questions
Post by: skyhawk on November 07, 2011, 10:22:10 PM
Hey guys, I have a few questions.  Where do you think the best place to live would be when shtf or wrol ?  I have a LOT of questions, sorry about them it is just I have no one to talk to about this people where I am at just don't belive any thing is going to happen to the US when I start to talk about this kind of stuff they just act like I am nuts.  So,

What are some good guns to have ?

If  you have a garden and there going to round up people for these Fema camps, like how you going to hide ?

If you have a wood stove and people are looking for food they are going to find you, what you do about that they smell and see smoke ?

How can any one fight back ? no one has the sam guns, or any training, the UN soldiers will take us out?

Do you think the us army would kill us if the government told them to ?

If you do get with some of your friends and stuff to survive, some ones ego will go crazy and there going to be problems, what you do?

Most people all over the us can not trust there neighbors, or police now you think they will band with you ?  Food runs out you don't know what there are going to do.

Do you think people will start eating each when the food runs out ?  Bible some thing about mothers eating there kids

I just don't have any one I can talk to I know things are getting bad, but I am the only in the state that see i, may be I am nuts  <img src="http://www.smileydes

I have don't see any where on the net any one answering this kind of stuff, it just seems buy guns, food and thats it.

Turkey... I was trying to let young buck figure it out on his own.
If information is just fed to the guy through 1. Post he won't actually learn anything. It should take a little bit of effort this way all opinions on the matter are reviewed and taken in for him to decide what he likes best.

Hey SkyHawk, welcome to the forum.

You should go to your State's board and introduce yourself that way we have some bearing as to who you are and what life experience you have.

Then we can take your questions one at a time.

As I said welcome to the forum and take a look around we got alot of info already posted.

What are some good guns to have?
Mostly subject to opinion.  Facts are: Semi auto's are for fighting off hordes.  A long term survival weapon would be the most simple and reliable ones available in common calibers- Bolt action, lever action, revolver.

If  you have a garden and there going to round up people for these Fema camps, like how you going to hide ?
If the military starts arriving and check points start going up it's last chance time to leave.  Have a plan and a back up plan to leave the area, follow it.

If you have a wood stove and people are looking for food they are going to find you, what you do about that they smell and see smoke ?  You need to be part of a community group that can defend itself or in an area where you are far enough from other people where you will not be noticed.

How can any one fight back ? no one has the sam guns, or any training, the UN soldiers will take us out?
If UN soldiers arrive point any gun with any bullet in the direction of those soldiers and pull the trigger.  If you run out of bullets beat them with the empty rifle.  We greatly outnumber any U.N. force that could be brought in.  Kill them like your children's lives and future depend on it.  Kill them all.

Do you think the us army would kill us if the government told them to ?
Some will, some will not.  I think that order would split the military.

If you do get with some of your friends and stuff to survive, some ones ego will go crazy and there going to be problems, what you do?
Pick a leader, follow their instructions.  If someone or part of the group can't do that the group needs to split.

Most people all over the us can not trust there neighbors, or police now you think they will band with you ?  Food runs out you don't know what there are going to do.
As stated earlier, be part of a group of people you trust.  Have a plan that has been discussed.  Same situation applies.  If you are not part of a group and food runs out what are you going to do?

Do you think people will start eating each when the food runs out ?  Bible some thing about mothers eating there kids
Yes, it has happened in the past and it will happen again.  It shouldn't happen.  But people could care less now regarding learning what they need to know to survive, so it will.

You must think he has a lot of time left to find the information and learn it.  I'm not so sure.

i used to have the mindset that starving to death would be better than cannibalism..im not saying that my mindset has made a 180, but it would be a hell of alot better than starving to death

i would not want to live anything NEAR that....

but this is why i prep i guess....

but if it ever came to the point where i was going to starve to death, i would go die a worthy death.

thats a really sad situation those people are in but i still wont give a dime to africa or haiti cause here in america we got starving babies.

as for guns all im saying is i think everyone should have a good 22.

as for leading a group i think if u show your neibors that u trust u have the knowledge to survive they will follow u.

like the others have said, the answer to just about all of your questions can be found within the different sections on this forum. just peruse the boards and click on anything that sounds interesting.

general question here. do we even have a search function here? maybe I'm just a moron but I can't find it.

*EDIT #2* ... nevermind.. I found the search function.. lol.  :D

Guns are not as important as brains.

Get your head in the right place (you've already taken the first step by getting involved in this forum) and learn as much as you can as fast as you can.

I recommend browsing through the "news" and "politics" sections first. Get up to speed on world affairs and how much shit we're about to be in.

Also, "survival,"  "DIY" and "Mindset and Morality" are all great threads as well.

As for guns. I would recommend finding a cheap reliable gun that you can get thousands of rounds for cheap as well. The way things are going, you don't have a whole lot of time to get your basic preps together. Start looking at AK-74's (chambered in 5.45 x 39), it's some of the cheapest ammo on the market and you can toss the gun off of a mountain and have a good chance that it'll work fine.  Really, the good ol' .22 is better than nothing.

Strength in numbers. (this is the hardest part) Get people on your side now, whether it's talking to your best friends or getting your parents on board. You can not lone wolf a SHTF situation. You'll die.  So wake as many people as you can up, but only get people that you trust.

Your getting a shit load of info in this one thread, use it.  But don't think that this is how it is all the time, you have to educate yourself and figure out where your mind is and how you are going to handle yourself when shit gets bad.  This site is an information power house, and all of the members here are all very knowledgeable. Don't be afraid to send out some PM's to the moderators or more senior members, they'll help you out.

Buy preps while you can and while the money in your pocket still holds value.

Welcome to the forum.

I have a few questions about the AK-74:

Do they make any with a chrome lined barrel?

Are any of them produced in the U.S.?.....If not, do they make enough U.S. made replacement parts so a folding stock can be installed?

Any suggestions on where to find the best deals on the AK-74.....and ammo?

Mine is a bulgy kit with an American CR Barrel.
922R parts aren't really that hard to find. No worries
Aim Surplus, Ammo Man.com a whole bunch of places. 5.45x39 is ruffly 10-15 Cents Per round. So its the cheapest center fire you'll find around.

Welcome to the site.

It's like I told someone last night who refused to watch The Walking Dead cause it shows bad shit involving lil children zombies, might as well wrench your way through watching every part of it cause in an SHTF you could end up seeing worse.  Just prepare yourself mentally, the best you can physically and be like water.

Don't fret bud. I am younger to. It seems every under aged guy has to go through some shit. The question is will you quietly sit and watch with respect, like me. Or will you be a loudmouth like Backwoods. He is getting better though. All you have to do to get some respect is keep quiet when the adults are rambling, and give solid input when they are quiet. And one more thing Don't flash your life story around like a badge. I can understand, my story is similar. I don't mean not tell your story, just don't try to prove how hard-ass you are with it.

And by the way, Welcome To The Forums

Very good advice spirit.

Welcome skyhawk.  It's not that no one want's to hear your story or where you come from.  It's just that most of the guys on here are grown men who are dealing with the responsibilities that adult men have to deal with on a daily basis.  What spirit said about not trying to be a bad ass is good advice.  It doesn't really do any good to try and convince some of these guys about the time you as a young person might have been a bad ass because many of these guys, some military and some not, are the real thing.

Not me however, and I don't think of myself that way.  I'm mostly a peaceful type of guy who resides at the other end of the age spectrum than yourself.  There are a few older guys here, a few younger guys, and mostly guys in the middle ages.  So it is a good cross section of differing abilities, skills and viewpoints.  Just like you'd find in a survival community after WROL.

Most will help you any way they can.  Some will test you to see what you're made of and what mindset you have.  Here's a tip that will apply to everything in your life and will keep you a cool operator.  "Don't allow yourself to get personally invested in anything that has to do with talk."  Because talk is just that,.... talk.

Again welcome.  Glad you're here.

When I first started as a young Union Carpenter I got a job working for a guy who was my Dad's apprentice.

The guys on the crew would give me shit relentlessly so I asked him "Dave why do these guys give me so much trouble for nothing, I'm a good hand aren't I?"

All he could tell me was "would you rather have them talk shit to you or not talk at all?" It was Dave's way of saying that if they didn't like me they wouldn't have anything to say but because they liked me they felt comfortable joking around with me. It was my view of the situation that was wrong.

So Harden the fuck up young blood. Take it like a man and we will love you forever.

Some good advice above. Learn to recognize when people are testing for a reaction or to measure just how much or little control you have over emotions or perceived slights. There are few tools more useful than manipulating someone or a group thru reactions, the less thought out or wise the response, often the bigger the advantage (this can often be offset by experience, the been there done that thing). As you get older experience will warn you of bad situations well in advance if you haven't spent your time trying to bulldoze thru life.

Alright man your really going to step into a mosh pit of fucking stupidity now.

You cannot say, one or the other is better. It is a never ending question that circles it self with salt to keep the witches away.
1st I will say a 10/22 is a must have.
As well as a 9mm I use 9mm as my secondary because of magazine capacity and ability for follow up shots. Not to mention if you use the proper load. There is huge amounts of stopping power in that little stinger. Again do your research and make the choice for your self.

If your actually going to jump into the 47/15 fight. I will tell you what I have chosen and why. I will also tell you to take my opinion for what it is. Just some guy on the interwebs who claims to have used it since he was about 5
That I have.

I chose the Ak47 system, my reasons are like many others, its over gassed. Eats all sorts of ammo steel, brass, steelcore, hp, lead core. Doesn't matter. It will work in mud, rain, snow, covered in piss. Roped to a tree. Doesn't matter you pull the trigger on an AK and odds are its going to work.

With that said. I lose a couple of things, like accuracy, weight, prettyness.
The lose tolerances of an AK are what keep it running. So 300 yards is about all you can do. If you got a good one.
Side note-  ( look at the statistics on the distance on  most modern  firefights BTW )
The .30 Caliber bullet is quite a bit heavier than than the 5.56 .24 caliber bullet.
Side note- ( you also wont need to shoot a methed up crack head 26 times including 2 head shots )

The AR is an awesome platform, just depends on what your looking for. Do you want to engage targets out to 600 meters with a .24 caliber bullet.  ( Its a .22 bro )
Or do you want your shit to work?
( Like how I did that there? )  8)

Look man, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make a command decision on your own. Your an adult, its your life. Get it the fuck done.

Reaver, Chill dude, take some thing, chill, you missed my point, "You cannot say, one or the other is better", I did not say one is better than the other I was asking.  "Look man, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make a command decision on your own. Your an adult, its your life. Get it the fuck done," Well what do you think I am doing here, asking a question form people that know more then me about this. This is part of my RESEARCH, and looking on line and talking people, save the hate for the enemy  ;)

Its ok man, your new here.

You don't know how I am and its understandable. A lot of people know me in person for the last 20 years and still cannot figure me out.

I was not hating on you in the slightest, I'm not upset with you. I'm not attacking you for the question.

I was simply saying. " when you have learned enough to make a decision, don't dick around. Make a decision and stick with it. "

When you start doubting your decisions you end up with a collection like mine, a vast amount of crazyness. This is not always a bad thing. It can be very good. I am well versed in knowledge and training. But now instead of having an AK74/9mm and 30K in ammo. and the rest in food, water, & other various preps. I have 10+ $ in weapons and only 6 months of supplies.
See what I'm getting at man?

You need to handle both rifles, shoot both rifles, and practice with both rifles and come up with your decision. It's preference, we really can't tell you what is better bro.

I'd also say, get what you can afford.

*edited to add comment* I am not going to ban the kid based upon the vote. I just want your opinions.

True, and I'm well aware of it. At least he isn't spamming the forum in Polish ;D

As of this post, the vote is 4:1 against kicking him. He's new, perhaps inexperienced with researching info at all, and should be welcomed into a prepper community, not running into a spiked metal door in the dark with people on the other side screaming through the windows for him to find the brass doorknob with the electric current running through it.

You guys want a community of preppers? You want it to grow? This is part of it. Some questions are repetitive and annoying, yes. Want to fix a part of it? Make a thread for noobs, one that goes over all the basic questions a noob can possibly have. Post it, get noobs to read it ASAP when they first log on, and add any new questions to it as they come along.

Stop with the semi-hostile welcome. It's like inviting a stranger into your house, then "playfully" punching him in the shoulder and expecting him to be okay and not surprised/shocked and ready to defend himself. Let the new people get to know you first, and perhaps you'll get to know them, too. We didn't joke like this with each other when we first came together. It's been over a year for most of us, and that is a lot of time to grow into an online community and, for some of us, an indirect family. So, with lots of non-gay love: Don't Be Dicks.

'Merica...that's why we're here, ultimately, to preserve her (our traditional ideals and way of life) for ourselves and our posterity, through surviving a SHTF situation and rebuilding the Republic. Let's keep that the focus of this site. It's not just a good ol' boys hangout. The mission here requires effort (i.e., work) from all of us.

Nuts!

Lol. That's cool. I'd like input from everyone on the forum, because I never remember where shit is, here or anywhere else.

Attention

Skyhawk, Spirit, backwoodsboy: This will be for guys like you. Hit me up with all the questions you have or think that a noob would have. Please think before you submit. I don't want questions you shat out and already had the answer to or could have used common sense to answer. This is your hint to take a notepad and pen around with you wherever you go the next three days and write down all your questions, then before you go to bed look at them again, cross out the ones that you answered by yourself, and save the rest for me. Please PM me the questions. You have until 11/12 (three days from tonight) to submit the initial questions to begin the thread.

To the rest of the members: I will be putting a thread together for the noobs. I am not Prepper Almighty. You all should know that already. I like helping people and helping our community work smoothly, but I will find it difficult to locate the relevant threads and provide relevant answers for some questions. I would like help when needed. I will post their questions when I get them, and what I cannot answer I will pass on to the forum in general, in that thread. More info will be available, and possibly clearer, more specific requests/instructions. Check back in three days, on 11/12. Please PM the answers, do not submit in the thread. This thread should have no comments. It is strictly FAQ for noobs.

Thanks to all involved. It will be appreciated.

I'm really digging the way this forum is such a mixture of people with different views on just about everything.  From guns, to political systems, to occupy, to space lizards, to young members.

You can't get any more real world than that.  Thank you guys for being who you really are and saying what you really think.  All of your honesty, realness, and willingness to be openly frank is refreshing in a world gone mad with political correctness.

The Noob Thread is a good idea because it allows us to reply to these dumb ass questions with "Look here" rather than getting frustrated over it.

Oh, wow. I didn't even see his rant until just now. ASPJ, you make a lot of very valid points. The question, then, is how do you accurately separate those (noobs or otherwise) without a proper motivation from those who are just screwing around and do not care?

Wow, wow, man I was so wanting to get back on here and stuff and I could not belive what I saw.  You guys want to kick me off ?  Some of the things you said got me thinking, and told me a LOT about this group.

I want to reply back but but it was a the end of lunch.  I did some of thinking about all this and showed my teacher this site and she told this is why we have homeland security to protect the public from crazy militant extremists like this.  She asked me if I reacted like this what would you think ?  I would not be teaching long.  What she said made sense, how do you learn with out asking questions.  So I guess now you hate all teachers to.  I am not saying this about all the people on this site, but there are some nuts here.  Some of you guys seem ok, and talk like normal people, some are not.

I started thinking the rest of the day, if this was a real world SHTF or WROL you guys would be taking a vote to kill me not to kick me off.  Dam some of you are just BLOODTHIRSTY and seem to want to see the end of the world.  I can tell form all the hate in here.  Then you try and justify it by saying "tuffing up kid what do you think a real would  SHTF would be like ? Skyhawk you are the one having mental issues.  How did you turn a group of people here wanting to ban you for asking questions that it seems we have to answer over and over again into someone wanting to kill you or your teacher?  When you follow that train of thought don't you find that a little odd?

As for your teacher's comment this group being the reason we have DHS to protect us.  Actually, it's just another example of a teacher trying to impress a student with her great knowledge on a subject she knows absolutely nothing about.  If she actually does want to learn about the prepping community in order to make informed comments you might suggest to her that she join this site.  What she would learn would benefit her a great deal.  Also, she wouldn't be displaying ignorance to people who know more about the subject than she does.

If you want to do a report on extremists in America I might suggest you focus your efforts on some of the more radical militia sites.  You won't find any extremists here.  Just people who are concerned about their families well being and the ability to survive the potential disasters the DHS constantly warns us about.

Look NOLA, I wasn't on the ban Skyhawk bandwagon.  I've been an advocate of the young people to begin with.  Which is why I spent some of "my" time answering his original question.  I've gone to bat for BWB on several occasions and try to give all of them the benefit of a doubt.

But when someone goes on a rant and insults the group over and over again in that rant they've crossed a line with me whether they are a kid or anyone else.  Saying people here would be willing to kill him.  Are you kidding me?

I'm gonna show my teacher who doesn't know diddly about the people here.  She says ya'll are the reason we have DHS to protect us.

Are you kidding me.  I don't need some brat or teacher who doesn't even know me throwing out insults  against my character.

I don't care if this kid sticks around or not.  I won't be trying to help him in the future.

Yep, I'm pissed.

I personally have a lot of respect for AllShallPerishJ.  His comments are always level headed and make sense.  But my gut tells me that we shouldn't ban anyone that might be helped by the site.

I say give Skyhawk another chance to fit in.  I think BWB is finally coming around.  I'm not really concerned about police/FBI.  This site is clean.  Heck, I'd like to see an agent have the balls to join and put out his point of view.  I'd like to see SH's teacher join too.

It'd be pretty cool it we could ever have prepping taught in school to the young people.

Nola, I respect your opinion as I respect you as a fellow like minded individual. Although I may not understand what exactly this "common sense" standpoint may be, I still respect your opinion and the fact that you're man enough to acknowledge it. You're a good guy brother.

after I posted that I was afraid it would be too vague and wouldn't be understood.

all I meant was that the dude is 16. I didn't even get into this shit until I was around 20-21 and even then I was posting shit on other forums that was alot dumber than what the young bucks around here are posting. I was such a sheep at 16 that all I cared about was my guitar and punk rock.. "fuck the government" because a punk band said so.. I could barely name the 3 branches of government, much less even begin to understand the simplest concepts of how it operates or what is wrong with it.

I just get a lump in my throat every time a thread like this comes around and everyone jumps up a "fuckin new guy's" ass because of a question that they thought was legit.

honestly, I really like Rah's idea about a noob thread. we can all participate in directing them to the noob thread once it's posted. I PM'd with skyhawk a little bit and he really had no idea that he was stepping into a shitstorm by asking about AK/AR.

It is in my honest opinion that he stepped into a shit storm with other things stated and not just a trivial ar/ak question. I am only concerned about big issues here, like parading around saying "militant extremists want to kill him". That's a big fucking red flag, am I hallucinating here or have people just gone plain mad? I'm at a loss of words, how the hell is that acceptable? This isn't about bullying the "new guy", this is about childish behavior being exhibited by someone who clearly conducts themselves like they have mental health issues. If anyone desires to throw their support behind those folks, tread lightly my friends.

no no man, I see exactly what you're saying, and you're not completely wrong. I guess all I'm saying is that I would have done the exact same thing or worse at that age. reach out for the most obvious insult that would piss off my "attackers".

either way, what happens from here is not my call.

If we're going to start banning people because of their age, then we should start banning people because of their I.Q. too, or if they have a beard or not, or if they can drink 15 beer and walk a straight line.

Yeah he's a young shit. So what. He wants to learn, so lets give him a chance. We were all stupid kids at one point.

But if you start banning people because of stupid personal shit, ban me too.

Wow. This shit's actually starting to hurt my head.  :-\

All right, how about this: from this point forward, we forbid any members younger than 18 from joining. The only way someone younger than 18 may join, is if an existing member will vouch for him/her. This would be a responsibility that the individual member will take upon himself, and whatever the newbie does and however he acts will be remembered, and the existing member probably will not be taken at his word if he brings someone into our community that is too immature to deal with reality.

I don't know what the consensus will be regarding Skyhawk, but BWB and the others have shown improvement, and Spirit of Adventure has made tremendous effort to not only be respectful, but also to guide others nearer his age. In my opinion, those young members should stay, and we implement this policy immediately. I think it's fair that we vet new members below the age of adulthood in order to prevent compromising situations that exist when dealing with minors. None of us wanted this, but we cannot predict what young people will do. Their bodies and minds just have to mature with time.

Thoughts?  ???

EVERYONE has the right to learn, doesn't matter about their age guys. If they ask a stupid ass question, so what? Lead them to the answer. If this is so hard, then please, PM me, and I'll do it.

This is starting to get pretty damn ridiculous. If your 15 year old kid asks you a stupid question, do you kick them out of the house?

I'm fine with answering "stupid" questions. That is why I want to make the noob thread. However, what sets alarm bells off is when the newbie in question makes up stories about us threatening his life, just because he became angry during a debate. I'm not sure how it is in Canada (and I'm being sincere, not a smartass), but here in the U.S., once a minor goes through his "proper channels" with that kind of info...well, truthful or not you're getting a ton of extra attention. It's just ripe for something bad to happen, even though we've done nothing wrong. I'm perfectly fine with everything else Skyhawk has done.

I hate to say it but something needs to be done. I think I have impacted BWB enough for him to stay. I was really hoping for more intelligent and respectful young men to join. I really hoped skyhawk would be another good young guy. I think we might have to implement a trial for people bellow the age of 18. Say we limit the posts to 50 and if they are mature give them unlimited posts. As for skyhawk, I am unsure. I dont think it was just the stupid questions, he hit some really soft spots.

If one thing is said and taken out of context there could be legal ramifications in regard to these peoples ages, and if none of yall can see that then its your problem have at it.

Exactly. Up to this point, we've all assumed we could deal with any problems in a civilized, logical manner. We didn't count on raw, unrestrained emotional responses from teenagers. I suppose we should have assumed it would happen. However, it does change things a lot, hence the current conversation. I think we all want to help younger people, but when you start getting into certain dangerous territory, it's just not worth the risk. I'm just trying to find that nice middle ground.

With that said, is NO ONE going to give me feedback on my earlier idea?

I totally understand you. But like has already been said, kids say shit. And many times that shit isn't truth. Most of the time, they just do it to try to be the bigger man, if you know what I mean.

The stuff we do, it's pretty intimidating. And I can see how a kid can become much more hostile when confronted, especially under the context that we're in here.

Either way, I still say we let him stay. And Rah, like I said, I'm all for helping you in anyway you need. I'll be a big prepper bro to these little shits :))

Over 18, with under 18 with a sponsor is one way to handle it.  I think the noob under 18 section was a better idea because it doesn't limit young people who find the site by other means than a sponsor.  Maybe by answering those questions there it will get them off on the right foot.  I'm wondering if Sky hadn't gotten the response he did if he would have gone where he did.

Hey Spirit, what would you say if I told you that your mom already had an account?

I am going to put this shit to bed right here, you guys can continue to go round and round about it but here it is.

All new members first post must be an introduction in their State Forum.

All new members must have a completely filled out profile.

Age is now required profile information.

Anyone Under 18 will only be allowed to post in the "Little Shits" section ( I'm not firm on the name )

Anyone Under 18 will not be allowed to read the VFW, Top Secret, For Sale or NSFW sections

Anyone Under 18 will not be allowed to buy or sell items on the forum

You are allowed to be stupid or young but not both.

SkyHawk's IP will be banned outright for slander and libel.

You'll need to delegate, only one person having a life can't moderate a board with 150 members, and the burden will increase with the members count.
You need to grant moderator access to some trusted volunteers.

Here is my opinion on what has transpired the last page 1/2 roughly, anything before that is done.

Take the list of rules and post it somewhere on the site for everyone to see.  Then shit can this thread ASAP.  I mean wipe it from the fucking server.  No need to keep this kind of shit that was said live for all to see.

I like the new rules in theory.....but they won't work and are therefore useless except to only make things more confusing.......Kids will simply lie about their age when opening an account.

EDIT:  Imagine the confusion created by trying to have a conversation with a kid masquerading as an adult.

New rules aren't needed.  The old ones worked just fine.  Skyhawk was tested for his level of maturity with some slight hazing and he failed gloriously.  The climax of his failure was having a conversation with a government employ (school teacher) where he admits,  "I did some of thinking about all this and showed my teacher this site and she told this is why we have homeland security to protect the public from crazy militant extremists like this."  Then later he states that his life is being threatened, "...here I am 16 and you guys are ready to kill me!!!!!!!"  And then he has the audacity to post about his actions here as if to threaten this board's users.

Just to reiterate,  the new rules are completely unenforceable.  These "problem children" will occur from time to time (even with the new rules) and they will have to be weeded out (banned) one by one.

5 hours, 57 minutes and 35 seconds to ban Skyhawk after his potentially litigious post?
Just saying.

Not trying to make more work for you and I don't know much about running one of these sites but...

Seems to me if a counter like the applaud/smite one was added for ignore user and we as individuals used the ignore functon, this might help nip quite a bit of bs before it gets out of hand. I personally wouldn't care if it even had an ignored by list with my name on it, might even work better that way as I respect quite a few individuals here as well as their opinions. Just a thought.

Just a thought.

yeah like on LnL there was the friend or foe options... i loved that foe option... it hid all posts from that user to me.
