Anyone got the link to that Belgian or Danish or Swedish where ever the hell country it's from.
Freakin log splitter.
I cant find it anywhere and I utilized the search function with key words but wtf i can't find it.
It was the little tool that you smack the log on top a few time and it fractures it into seperate pieces. Less work that an axe.

You mean one of these? Sit down before you click the Amazon link. Course you could go to your local hardware store and get a dozen just plain splitting mauls for the same amount of money.

I don't think I waste my money on that. Just use what you got at little better.... bring the axe down vertically but the head is always skewed at an angle so that on impact it generates twist or leverage to ping the log apart. Just trying to save you some money. Technique demonstrated below. Get into some gnarly wood, use a maul and wood grenade, then lop it.

They just cast the head with that spur to give the leverage. Downstroke buries to the spur and the spur twists the head. You can do that with your wrists. Man could probably take an 8 pounder from a yard sale and then form a spur from some scrap with a torch and weld it on. Split more cords than I care to remember during my lifetime......
