Looks like one of the Nitro Express to me but I thought they were only in double rifles. From article linked below.

The straight bolt, angled back, indicates that to me also, but what caliber are those bullets?

Looks to me like a sporterized Mauser action. Also looks like or really similar to a 375 H&H Magnum. It would make sense as that was a popular round for big game and was commonly seen in converted Mauser.
Just a guess.
