Interesting. I couldn't tell if she was an Occupier or a Tea Partier from the rhetoric.  Just enough reasonableness in there to get you nodding your head with a lot of inflammatory padding. Also, the nature metaphors were ridiculous - bears ARE predators and the herd doesn't stand idly by while predators take down the weak, they're running away. Still, interesting.  It did make me think if http://www.flexyourrights.org/. (http://www.flexyourrights.org/.)  If you haven't already seen that site, I highly recommend checking it out.  All about being able to exercise your legal and constitutional rights and how to deal with cops and the like who may not be as knowledgeable about the law as the people they're trying to arrest.

Neither.  She's a "voluntaryist".  I can tell you've probably never heard of or looked into the philosophy due to your past posts... you might want to look into it.

In short, "voluntaryism" is when there is no such thing as being arrested/punished for offending "the state."  The only punishable offenses are those which create a tangible victim.  For example, mandatory taxation would be unenforceable under voluntaryism because not paying taxes does not create a tangible victim.  Voluntaryism is closely related to anarchism with the exception that a government can be formed to protect victims by punishing those who victimize.  In other words, it's kind of like getting rid of criminal court altogether, leaving a civil court with the added ability to imprison and/or execute on top of monetary (or tangible) awards.

I hadn't heard of that.  Is it like the Sovereign folks?  I'll look into it.

I would imagine that most Sovereign Citizens might approve of Voluntaryism, but the terms "Voluntaryism" and "Sovereign Citizen" are NOT synonymous by definition.

She stole the second part of the words inked on my back.

"When tyranny becomes law, Resistance becomes duty".

Oh well...

She is dead on though.
