Yeah, but only if it says "Property of _______" or "Please call _________ if found." Well or it could be a really smart ass thing like I do with my dog. I put custom tags on them that say "Please contact immediatley if found. I require my daily medication for survival." Figure it prevents someone from getting to attached to my beautiful purebred if they think he needs he needs medication or else he might die on their floor while they decide whether or not to call me or try and keep him. Luckily the little escape artist hasn't gotten out in awhile. Hers could just say something like "I've got AIDS." LOL
