Interternet Kill Switch test in November

OK folks, I read somewhere that Barry was going to execute the Internet Kill Switch on or about mid November of this year as a test. However I can't find a thing on the internet about it. I know I read it: Does anybody know anything about it?

I haven't found anything relating to a test in November. Could be possible, I dunno.

is an internet kill switch even posible? and i cant imagine it wouls be leagal. they would be shutting down peoples buissneses. im sure they would love to do that to control the flow of information. but shutting down the web seems pretty ambitious. i would like too know how one would go about actually shutting down the web. im confident he wont do it unless he gets reelected. that level of intrusion would most certainly cost him the election.

im not very tech savvy like that but i dont think its very hard. the government regularly tests there ability to control the radio waves by claiming its for disasters etc. so i think people are pretty well broken in and wouldnt think much about it if it went down for a few minutes. sad as that may be.

Just look at Egypt when they had their "revolution". They shut off almost all forms of contact the people had with the outside world. Internet, phones, radio, all that shit.
