The Law Is Not Made For A Righteous Man

Not being the most religious man, I do read the bible every day. As getting ready for the coming nasties I am attempting to get right with my Father in heaven.

Currently, I am spending my time now on Paul and his journeys before his second trial in Rome and then his execution there by Nero's hand.

I was reading 1 Timothy yesterday and ran across the below in the first chapter. I thought it was worth sharing.   

8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; 9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;

As I was reading these passages, I thought to myself, "why does the government need to impose laws - like gun laws - on men and women who would never do wrong?" In effect treat you and I as a criminal.

The only answer I could think of was, control. Resist!

As for getting right with your Father in heaven, Jesus took care of that for you, the work is done. Great to see you're in the Word, I need to get back into it more myself. I find myself drifting away at times and that's when I notice things in my life start to deteriorate. When I stay in prayer and reading, the Lord guides and speaks to me. When I don't hear Him, it's not because He's abandoned me, it's because I've wandered away from his grace.

As for getting right with your Father in heaven, Jesus took care of that for you, the work is done. Great to see you're in the Word, I need to get back into it more myself. I find myself drifting away at times and that's when I notice things in my life start to deteriorate. When I stay in prayer and reading, the Lord guides and speaks to me. When I don't hear Him, it's not because He's abandoned me, it's because I've wandered away from his grace.

In order to get total control they need to create chaos. To do this they first eliminated or disarm the police along with letting criminals run the streets. They control the courts, the educational system, the elections and all forms of media. When it gets bad enough they will implement martial law and then the shit will REALLY hit the fan

As it is now, very few people see this and when its mentioned in a public forum its dismissed as conspiracy, racists or some other "ist"

I cant control anything and my vote no longer counts so I'm going fishing and pray the shit doesn't hit my fan

The subject says it all. In todays world and probably all through history, Laws were created to make the common man worship the system that makes the laws. I have gotten so disgusted with the government and organized religion that I see the world through different eyes. I see the world as "You and Me Lord". I try my best to do what I think God wants me to do and I often ask for him to guide me because mankind certainly isn't going to give me proper guidance.

MrsMac and I left our church because there was so much politics and clicks within clicks.

Along with other folks who were disillusioned, we started an inhouse church that rotates around folks houses every Monday night.

Currently, we are studying Romans.

Thats why the new Def Sec is doing the 90 day review of DOD for racist and extremists and all those bad things.
