I'm pulling this from my memory but do you remember when the city of New London, CT. evicted owners of single family homes along the waterfront. The reason was that they wanted to allow a developer to build multi-million dollar condo's on the property. Well the people were forced out by gun point and was given "then" current value for their house & property and bulldozed the houses.
Well the housing bubble came along and the developer they were going to sell the property too went TU. So the land is empty, used by locals as a dump and the city isn't collecting one dollar in taxes.
So it's not just CA. it's other libratard states. I am afraid to say that these politicians would sell their kin for more revenue in their coffers.
