Stagflation
« on: August 29, 2022, 07:41:28 AM »
A lot of items that we want are getting right to the point that its time to buy them. We are already heading into inflation times 10 but just before that occurs, there is a period of Stagflation where there is plenty of product and nobody is spending and that becomes a buyers market. Now, with all that BS out of the way, I was on AMAZON last night and I got to thinking about what would happen if my RENOGY 20 Amp Solar Charge Controller was to crap out on me. I found the exact same RENOGY Charge controller that I already have but it will handle 30 Amps. Hang on, that ain't all. It was 37% off and only cost $26. I couldn't hit the BUY BUTTON fast enough. I've mounted my solar panels but am waiting for the SHTF to connect the Charge Controller, Batteries, and 220 Volt 5000 watt inverter. I'll keep my 20 amp Charge Controller as a backup or maybe also use it to keep the batteries in our vehicles up to full charge. I have one of those 1 foot by 6 inches solar panels for topping off batteries but it says right on it that it should only be used with a charge controller. Yep, I have just been clipping it on the car battery without a charge controller and that thing produces 20 volts in bright sunlight. I know that SPARE CASH is hard to find but watching out for the Stagflation super deals is a priority right now.

I have noticed of late, that there is a lot of things on Amazon that are being marked down. I suspect that do to reduced retail revenue, they are looking at stock on hand and trying to reduce over head.
