I already lifted weights and did some situps and pushups.

Puddgy my ass. I'm finally able to sit at the weight I am comfortable with. 
I'm 72" and 200 pounds. Don't give a shit what stupid diagrams say, any more I look like a heifer any less I look like a damn stick figure bag of bones.
