Happy Thanksgiving folks, a day late.
Pretty much stayed off of social media yesterday hence this day late Happy Turkey Day.
MrsMac and I have our radio alarm set to a local Christian station, WPEL. This morning, after getting up to throw a few more logs in the woodstove and letting W3OOF out, I returned to bed to listen to the radio. Dr. Jeremiah was giving a sermon on being thankful, even under the most strenuous of times.
I will not bore the readers here of the particulars of the sermon however, I heard W3OOF bark which means she wanted back inside. Got up and as I walked towards the door I thought, "my old body aches this morning something awful. Thank you Lord for these aches and pain's as it is your way of letting me know I am alive."
W3OOF roared in the door and ran over to her dog bowl in anticipation of a early breakfast.
