Chris Toney Needs Your Help

In short, Chris Toney former Navy, is in Iraq with a small group of former military men and women fighting ISIS. Below is his Facebook page.

I have not ran this past PREPCOM as yet and they may not think participating is appropriate for this forum, however, I am jumping in and risking their rancor.

If you get a minute check out his FB page. If you like what he is doing "like" his page. If not just move on.

His organization does not have a web page to donate your time or money too as yet. With that said, maybe we could help his organization with this. At the bare minimum we can support his calling.

He is there independently to help fight an organization that is focused on killing innocents to push their own agenda (and no, I'm not ignoring what the U.S. has done over there). So, if that is true, I don't see a moral issue with supporting him. He's not there to push a government agenda, he seems like he's there to help innocent natives defend against aggressive natives.

At this point Chris and other former US military, men & women; are training the Kurd's. There is no way to donate money to him and his group at this time other than through some church organizations here in the states. NONE of the meager donations his oragization does receive goes towards ammo or weapons at this point.

Since Christians are being beheaded, crucified, shot in the head, etc. in Iraq, while our President does the absolute minimum of support for the folks fighting ISIS; I am happy that at least a few Americans are doing what they are doing to help. When I say "absolute minimum" I mean he will not even call the folks being murdered Christians.

Not impressed with CT. If he wants to do the merc-thing for whatever agenda he wants to push, then fine. ISIS are turds, but this isn't much better. Fighting in the name of God {insert flavor here} can never lead to anything good, history bears this out time after time.
