Here are some pictures I took today while I was in Indianapolis.
1) The line for the Indy 1500. Went around 3 sides of the building and wait was about 2+ hours to get in.

My cousin and I attended the rally in Harrisburg yesterday. Had a great time. I am currently waiting for him to send the pics he took to my daughter's phone. When she gets home, hopefully, she will have the time to transfer them to this here computer. I'll get the pics up as soon as I can. I was up late Friday night making signs for him and I. I ended up with three that I took to Harrisburg with me. I went with, 1)You Work For Us 2) What Part Of "Shall Not Be Infringed" Don't You Get? 3) (I thought up last minute, but I think is my favorite) Thousands Have Died For Our Constitution. I'll Be Damned If You're Just Gonna Throw That Away!

Yeah JM. It's a Sig P226 E2 version 40 cal. No, I wish it was a Starbuck's. It was a Dunkin Donut, they were close by. I noticed that the cup made me sublimely give the middle finger. LOL!
Thanks T-Girl, the wife liked the penmanship too. I didn't, but I guess we are our own worst critics. I don't know, I think I'm a lot better looking in the "swampthing ghillie suit".

It may have seemed like it, but I did not forget about the contest I proposed. To refresh your memories, take a look at the link to the "call to action" thread (white), or just read the content of my post that has been copied and pasted below (purple).
Here's the deal: HJ and Skippy were the only folks that posted pics for the contest. I'm thinking I'll just send them both survival themed goody bags for their pics, unless there are any late entries to the contest.
If I don't hear anything from the masses, I will pack and ship prizes to HJ and Skippy once they PM me mailing addresses and I've procured said prizes.

I haven't thought of any prizes yet and I don't get paid till the end of the month, but I think a contest is in order. If you have any suggestions for prizes, feel free to holler.
Post pictures of your signs and other folks signs from the rally tomorrow. In a week or two, we'll vote for the best sign in each of three categories: 1) funniest sign, 2) most effective sign, and 3) bat-shit craziest sign.
HJ has a leg up on everyone since he's already given us a taste of his sign ideas, but don't fret, he's only covered by one or two of the three categories. ;)
Note: Remember folks, tomorrow you are representing the responsible, upstanding gun owner's of this great nation, so act accordingly. This is not a biggest douchebag in the universe contest, that's not until the spring... ;D
Note to self: Start thinking about prizes for the biggest douchebag in the universe contest, spring is coming...
