when I first tried to come in a minute ago. 

Seems the security certificates is outdated.

Needs some attention methinks.

Security is fine. It is "them" trying to hinder your persistence getting into the site. "They" hope you will gibe up.

Typically, when you receive that warning, just be aggressive.

Yes, even paranoids can (and we obviously do) have enemies.
Were there any profit in it, UP should commission the striking of medallions to be worn proudly as an identifier out in public.
