Title: Got Drug Off Today

Wife wanted dinner out and said something about some concert after.  Hey, the dinner sounded good so I went along.  And as long as it wasn't this fancy new pop crap or rap the new bro county how bad could it be.

At dinner we were talking about the concert and they mentioned some ridge guys and some band from Alabama.

Dinner was good and we went to the concert hall.  It was local 6500 seat venue and was filled up, so hey, how bad could it be?

Turns out I was close on the bands but it was some bunch of boys from some Oak Ridge and not just some ridge.  The other group was not just from Alabama but liked it so much there they took the name from there.

At the end it was pretty dayum good.

In case you didn't catch on, it was The Oak Ridge Boys and Alabama.  Talk about a concert!

But I was right-- they were pretty dayum good.

I am not much of a country music fan.  Give me the Stones, Zepplin, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd and that stuff.

But these guys were pretty dayum good.  Alabama is doing a 50th anniversary tour.  If you get a chance, go see them.
