ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY GROUNDHOG
Se'er of Se'ers
Prognosticator of Prognosticators
The Truly Great and Wondersous
PUNXSUTAWNEY PHIL

HAIL!
HAIL!
HAIL!

Get on one knee and bow your head toward Punxsutawney Pa.  Repeat that when you get up in the morning and before bed night, starting tomorrow.

Late spring or into summer (not before, due to breeding season) you can go hunt them if you choose.  Cleaned, skinned and chilled in salt water for about 4 hours.  Pat dry, cut up and fried in butter after dusting in seasoned flour with lots of garlic and they are great.  Garlic with green peppers and onions along with a couple jalapenos is great too.
