No NO NO its a ZOMBIE!! :boltAction:
And JM, its only a short 1200 miles. Plan your route to Lynchburg Va I have a spare bed for a night and we can head south. I lived about 40 miles from there for 6 years and know the area at least a bit. And we can go camp out on Reavers living room floor.
Only cost would be food, gas, admission and ammo I guess.

I dunno about the camping on the floor part but I got a nice back yard with a firepit. I'd love to throw down a tent and hangout with you guys.
Wife would kill me I bring two randoms into the house with a newborn lol :violin:

Hey, I'd be happy to watch JM tend the kid. I have no kids so that is my kid tending skill level for newborns. 5 years old or more I can handle.
You 2 could get a night out alone and sleep all night. And other things if the kid is a month or however many old. Next kid making practice or attempt? But I hear for newborns a full night sleeping most likely.

No way I can make it down to FL for that shoot, but damn I wish I could. I will be haeding up to Keene, NH for the Live Free or Die Shoot tomorrow. http://soldiersystems.net/2016/08/10/freedom-hill-gear-s3f-solutions-live-free-or-die-shoot/ (http://soldiersystems.net/2016/08/10/freedom-hill-gear-s3f-solutions-live-free-or-die-shoot/)
It isnt a specific Full Auto shoot, but there is a bunch of FA there to rent and shoot. There are a bunch of cool courses as well.
I would say if you are in New England to try and come by , but I believe it has been sold out for a while now.

Great thing about these guys is they don't rent out anything.
You bring ammo, you can shoot it.
Wait your turn of course.

@ RvR: Thanks for posting. Was the young lad your son? Looks like fun was had by all. :bravo: :gunner:
@SK: My guess would be yes on the L2. The weapon is to new.
In actuality Colt started development of the XM4 in 1988 and was eventually adopted by the Military in 1994 - Eight years after the 1986 FOPA.
Now of course that could be a 80% lower with a little bit more work done on it than a standard AR OR a "drop in sear" if it was manufactured prior to 1986 ;)
I tried to slow-mo the vid to try and get a glance at the weapons safety.
Looks like the weapon had a "can" too.

I think the rapid rate of fire gives it away. I'm pretty sure a FA sear is not that fast (in that rifle)...unless it has been converted to 9mm...but the magazine says it's firing 5.56. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It had a full auto selector. The guy worked for Arsenal and it was suppressed. That's what I know. I didn't ask to much just because that kind of stuff is out of reach to people like me so idc to much lol and yes jm thats my boy. :-)

RvR, you must be a proud papa  "yes jm thats my boy. :-) "
