@SK: My guess would be yes on the L2. The weapon is to new.
In actuality Colt started development of the XM4 in 1988 and was eventually adopted by the Military in 1994 - Eight years after the 1986
FOPA.
Now of course that could be a 80% lower with a little bit more work done on it than a standard AR OR a "drop in sear" if it was manufactured prior to 1986
I tried to slow-mo the vid to try and get a glance at the weapons safety.
Looks like the weapon had a "can" too.
