Stockton CA.  100 miles east of San Francisco, 35 miles north of my AO, once dubbed the most dangerous city in America and the foreclosure capital of the USA, which recently filed for bankruptcy is set to give 130 people $500 a month for 18 months in the experiment for "universal income."

God help us all.

Well they need something to cheer them up after we didn't get that stupid bullet train. Newsom is refusing to give TRUMP back the Federal funds that is owed to him for not completing the train. Heard Newsom plans to build a train from S.F. to Sacramento as a way to get around giving back funds.

Once again BAY AREA comes up ahead while rest of the state gets shafted. I honestly think a new political party is needed that is State only. Republicans are so incompetent and have a ruined brand that even people that would agree w conservative viewpoints would never vote for a Republican.

I heard some Scandinavian country recently ended their Universal Basic Income program experiment because it was such a failure.

Why have any party affiliation?

Lets get rid of all of them and vote strictly on their platform, whatever that may be...
