By the way, the current SOI we use for Tuesday nets, will be our starting point to rally up. I will post something in the radio section. I will probably add a 20 meter rallying frequency too.

I would suggest that 40 and 80 will be the best for the East Coast, and also the most likely to be useful when using NVIS. If the communications and power grids do go down I wonder how long it'll take for the government to ban amateur radio transmissions. If hams are constrained, it allows the government to control the narrative. As noted in the Firefly movie
Serenity, "you can't stop the signal," so ham radio may be the only "free" method of spreading information...or misinformation. My impression is that, today, folks are less likely to obey government edicts, especially after the Chinese virus debacle.
