Title: European Central Banks, Ready To Collapse

As many of you know, I follow Marin Armstrong along with about five other financial/economists. He sent out a major addendum to his newsletter yesterday. In essence the addition was that the ECB's are on the verge of collapse due to 'debt markets'. He predicts the following,

1) One or more ECB will fail this month, and
2) The USA stock market will feel the ripple affect, week one or two, of November.

Lets think good thoughts for it being before the 4th.  Election day is the 8th.
