Title: EMP threat from China.

It appears that China is doing everything to provoke the USA into a starting war from threatening to cut off all medical supplies to using an EMP.   :faint:

I still say it was a General Jack Ripper moment. Maybe General Xi Wong Chan??? Just throw out "Communist" and replace with "Capitalist".
