I've been reading on the Castile and the Dallas shooting and it seem there is disinformation out there. In the Castile shooting his car was supposed to have a broken tail light and he supposedly had a CCL. Another report said he was stopped because they looked like two people that just held up a store, that he didn't have a CCL and the gun was in his lap. He supposedly reached for the gun and was shot.

In the Dallas shooting he used a SKS 1950's Russian rifle pictures included and another report said it was a AK74 also with pictures.

It's almost impossible anymore to know who is telling the truth.

JoJo, you are 100% correct.
Social media and the internet has cause much inaccurate information. That is why I try to keep my mouth shut (I often fail to do this which is my sin) until a couple of days have past an incident.

i agree JoJo.
I remember the shooting in Ferguson Missouri. The full story wasn't told for a couple of weeks.
after all that, i'm still fuzzy on some of the details.
should we coin a phrase 'the fog of news' perhaps?
My problem is that i don't trust what the LEO's report anymore.

The bottom line is that anyone with rudimentary training, Motivation, personal fitness and a servicable weapon can be a dangerous man.
