Now start having friends, church buddies, neighbors, relatives and the like to email those companies and let them know you will be paying attention and your dollars can easily be going elsewhere.

Just the commercials being on is bad.  But if Coke or someone gets 5000 emails in complaint they will easily (and accurately) think there are 100 times as many who feel the same way but don't bother to email.

Subway has a new commercial out with the anti-American lesbian soccer player, I looked for contact info to complain but I couldn't find one

I've seen that commercial many times and every time I see it, it pisses me off. If that he/she knocked my cheese burger out of my hand, I'd knock him/her on their ass.
