Fricking cheaters. Only plus side is he did emphasis "small caliber" bullets. So I'm assuming something a lvl 3a vest would take care of.

i doubt it dude, a 223 is "small caliber", so is a 7.62 in terms of small arms.

Wishful thinking ha ha. Screw it. They start passing those things out to cops and soldiers I'm moving to the middle east where the fights still somewhat fair. Next thing you know they'll want to put explosives in us from birth. You step out of line..........BOOM! Ha, hope not, it's a stretch, but the path we're on in this country doesn't make it seem far fetched.

Come on guys, we all know that this'll never make it to the front lines. Why? It works, and that means it's expensive. Therefore, Congress will never allocate money for mass production.
