I would like to start talking about communications with board members post WROL. It's a complicated subject, but I've noticed a lot of HAM talk around the boards, along with me and another board member, and if we can get some sort of relay system (phone tree style) together, I think it would be pretty beneficial for when the internet and phones go dead.

Also, due to NDAA I think it would be nice to go over simple yet effective places to hide weapons/ammo/preps in the event of a Katrina style weapons confiscation.

Add on 1.5 hrs, Newfoundland has it's own time zone (UTC -03:30). So 4am est is my 5:30am.
