I remember when that first came out. Both LEO's were at fault, the ATF agent for being arrogant and non-cooperative, and the Columbus PD officer for being over the top. It makes for great entertainment. I wonder how the ATF agent's lawsuit is progressing. My impression is that the ATF dude is looking for early retirement with a Columbus PD payout. He was pulling a George Floyd move when getting placed in the vehicle, and he knew it was all on camera.
