We have pack harnesses for our dogs so they can carry their own supplies.

Getting ready to make some wheeled carts for them to pull also.

Too cool - I've thought about seeing if the Wonder Dog would pull a cart.  He's more of a hunter than a pack animal, though I do have a harness for him.  He carries his own water and such when we go hiking.
